Report to the HOA Board Sept 3, 2024
The ARC received 26 applications for the month of July.
The committee has been reviewing the required Hurricane Protection specifications for any necessary updates.
There were no meetings in August.
The next scheduled meeting is for the ARC is September 24, 2024, at 9:00 am in the HOA Conference Room/Zoom.

ARC Application submission deadlines and meetings:
- For application review at the September 24, 2024, ARC meeting, applications and support documents must be submitted by Tuesday, September 17, 2024, to the HOA Office.
Reminder:
The application and support documents must be submitted by the homeowner (not the contractor) to the HOA Office.
- Owners are not permitted to allow work to be started on their project until the ARC has reviewed and approved the application.
- Any work requiring a county permit must have the permit posted on the job site.
- Contractors are not permitted to post a sign on the property.
- By submitting the application, you are providing the ARC members permission to enter onto your property to gather any additional site information if needed.
