Report to the HOA Board Sept 3, 2024
The Grounds Committee Meeting was called to order at 1 pm on July 11, 2024.
Thirteen resident requests were approved; one was denied (previous owner submitted Ground Application).
There were two-yard waste violations.
There were no meetings in August. The September 12th meeting will be reported on at the October Workshop.
The next meeting is October 10, 2024, at 1:00 pm in the HOA Conference Room and via Zoom.

Grounds Application submission deadline and for next meeting-
- For application review at the October 10, 2024, Grounds meeting, residents must submit the Grounds Approval Request form and support documents no later than October 3, 2024, to the HOA Office.
