The next scheduled Architectural Review Committee is November 12th at 9:00 am in the HOA Conference Room/Zoom. ARC Application submission deadline:
- For application review at the November 12th ARC meeting, applications and support documents must be submitted no later than Tuesday, November 5th to the HOA Office.
Reminder:
The application and support documents must be submitted by the homeowner (not the contractor) to the HOA Office.
- Owners are not permitted to allow work to be started on their project until the ARC has reviewed and approved the application.
- Any work requiring a county permit must have the permit posted on the job site.
- Contractors are not permitted to post a sign on the property.
- By submitting the application, you are providing the ARC members permission to enter onto your property to gather any additional site information if needed.
