Meeting of October 28, 2024
The HOA Activities Sub-Committee – Welcoming Committee met on Monday, October 28th.
Business discussed:
- The Committee charge, goals, and training were then shared by Steve and Kathy Petrillo. New members were encouraged to set up initial visits with either Steve or Kathy for training purposes if they felt they need for demonstration.
- It was agreed that future meetings would be scheduled on an “as needed basis” and would include both agendas and minutes.
- The group reviewed the new forms that are shared with residents.
- Herons Glen neighborhood streets were assigned to committee members.
- Thirteen former new resident forms were distributed to the committee members for completion.
New Business
- We will plan to host a minimum of two Coffee Socials for new residents, with perhaps a third one offered in late spring, depending on need.
- We will plan to host a table at the Activities Fair.
