| Annual Membership Meeting The Heron Glen Homeowners Association Annual Membership Meeting will be held on December 11, 2024, at 4:30 p.m., in the Herons Glen Ballroom. Click here for the Agenda Important: To hold the annual membership meeting it is necessary to have a quorum of 30% of the voting members (390) in person or by proxy. As of this afternoon we have received 193 proxies. Only 197 more to go… Even if you will be attending the meeting we ask that you please submit your proxy form. If the HOA obtains at least 390 proxies before the meeting, there will not be a delay in starting the meeting to take attendance. Each address is counted as one towards a quorum of 390. If the HOA does not have enough proxy’s and residents in attendance to make up a total of 390 for the quorum, the meeting will be cancelled and rescheduled within 90 days. Please take a moment to complete the proxy form. Once you have completed the form, please drop it off to the HOA Office at your convenience.
