- Golf Carts – All Golf Cart drivers 18 years of age or older must possess a valid form of government-issued photographic identification. (Driver’s license is not required)
- Drivers under 18 must possess a valid driver’s license or if accompanied by an adult over 18 may operate with a valid learner’s driver’s license.
- Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) – All LSV drivers must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
Children are not permitted to drive golf carts at any time. If the driver is under 18 and does not have a driver’s license, they must not be driving the golf cart or LSV.
Please report any incident of a child driving a golf cart to the HOA Office. You will need to provide the golf cart number on the side of the cart, date, time and location this was observed. Owner of the golf cart could be charged a $100.00 fine per incident.
