ARC Application submission deadlines and meetings:
- The ARC application deadline has passed for April 22, 2025, ARC Meeting.
- For application review at the ARC Meeting scheduled for May 13, 2025, applications and support documents must be submitted before 3:30 pm on May 6, 2025.
Reminder:
The application and support documents must be submitted by the homeowner (not the contractor) to the HOA Office.
- Owners are not permitted to allow work to be started on their project until the ARC has reviewed and approved the application.
- Any work the requires a Lee County permit must have the permit posted on the job site.
- Contractors are not permitted to post a sign on the property.
- By submitting the application, you are providing the ARC members with permission to enter onto your property to gather any additional site information if needed.
