General Policies
Financial Policy
Annual member assessments are due quarterly.
Security Policy
Entry to Herons Glen is permitted through the front entrance located on HWY41.
Common Property
All sidewalks and roads within Herons Glen are ownedby the HOA as Common Property.
Grievance Procedure
All written complaints relative to any person’s conduct shall first be referred to the Grievance committee.
Home Sale
This policy provides guidelines and rules and regulations for owners to provide notice to HOA of home sale listing.
Property Rental
All leases or rentals must comply with the governing documents, rules and restrictions for Herons Glen.
Memorials
The Herons Glen Homeowners Association has established a memorial park for the benefit of the Herons Glen Residents.
Document Inspection
It is the Policy and Intent of the HOA, consistent with applicable Florida Law, to enable Members to inspect official retained documents.
Guest Registration
An Owner may occasionally allow family or friends in reasonable numbers to temporarily
occupy the Owner’s Unit in his or her absence.

Pursuant to Florida Statute 849.0931 Herons Glen Homeowners Association may conduct Bingo games.

A homeowner may erect one freestanding flagpole.

Approval will be required for Fountains and Water Features.

Homeowners may display in a respectful manner up to two as described.
Recommended Trees & Shrubs
Herons Glen residents may select landscaping of their own choosing.

Irrigation
The Common Lot Irrigation System (CLIS) is owned and operated by the HGRD.
Landscape Standards
The Grounds Committee is responsible for preparing the “Community-Wide Landscape Standards”.
Trellises
Trellises may be incorporated into a landscaping design subject to the guidelines.
