Water
Water service inside of your home is provided by Lee County Utilities. Service is provided directly from Lee County Utilities and payments for the service are paid to Lee County Utilities by the resident. To start or stop service, questions about your bill, home water, low water pressure or no water, please contact Lee County Utilities at 239-533-8845. Sewer service for your home is provided by Florida Governmental Utility Authority (FGUA).
Payment for the services are paid directly to FGUA by the resident. To start or stop service or questions about your bill or sewer questions please contact FGUA at 239-543-1005. You can also visit their website for more information and options: https://www.fgua.com
Telephone service to your home comes from the provider of your choice. If you are not sure who provides the service, please review the monthly bills that you pay to determine who you are paying to provide you with phone service. If you have questions about your phone service, your phone service is not working, or you have a cut line you will need to contact the company who is providing you with the Landline service. If you have no phone service because you have no internet, then please see information concerning cable and internet at our website
Trash, Recycling and Yard waste services for your home are provided through Lee County Solid Waste by their contractor Waste Pro. You pay for this service through your property tax bill paid to Lee County. Irrigation for your residential lot. The Herons Glen Recreation District (HGRD) owns the irrigation system that serves each homeowner’s lot.
